Returns

If you receive an item that is faulty we will administer a full refund or exchange the goods for store credit. We will not refund any purchases for simple change of mind. If you are claiming a faulty product you will need to provide proof of purchase to Munuwai Collective showing the date of purchase of the Products, provide a description of the Products and the price paid for the Products by sending written notice via email at munuwai.co@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
